MortgageXpress was founded by Shyam Kumar, a mortgage professional with over 6 years of experience in the Australian mortgage industry.
Having worked extensively with major banks specialising in full documentation loans, Shyam Kumar witnessed first-hand how many hardworking Australians – especially self-employed individuals, small business owners, contractors, and property investors – were struggling to secure fair and flexible lending solutions.
Instead of accepting the industry’s limitations, he built MortgageXpress with one clear goal: to create a mortgage business that works for the client, not just the system.
Today, MortgageXpress operates as a comprehensive mortgage solution, providing access to both major bank lending and specialised funder-backed products for clients who may not fit traditional lending models.
